AT&T

Don't know if you heard about this but AT&T announced that they would be getting Android (Google) based phones and WebOS (Palm) based phones in 2010. This may be because of the rumors that they are losing iPhone exclusiveness to Verizon. All this means more data phones clogging up AT&T's already at the limit network. They're upgrading major cities to HSPA+ which allows 3G with 7.2mbps output, double their original HSDPA
